Dell Complete Cover Question: Pets Damage Included?

Saw this on Dell Complete Cover Page:

- coverage of spills, drops, electric surges, damaged LCD or display

- protection from the rigors of multi-user environments, frequent travel or high risk environments (example: children, pets)

If I am reading correctly, the clause above did mention protection from pets.

Then on below the same page:

Pets is excluded! What the heck? Mr. Dell, make up your mind, damages by pets are included or not in your complete cover?
