Re: Termination of 4MB Package.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

It has came to my decision that your company have not been able to produce the services and results that were advertised in the media, website and even newspaper. I had upgraded my 2MB packages to 4MB packages expecting to have a larger bandwidth for downloading and also able to watch videos in the website from the overseas server but the result did not show any improvement at all in a doubles from 2 to 4. I am very dissapointed with your service and even though i have signed up , i wish to terminate the whole package service provided by you and a refund if any upfront payment had been made by me . If your company reluctant to provide the refund and the cancelling to me , i would expect an answer to my problem and the promises made to me.

This is my plan to get this service terminated with your company but i wish to give TMNET the benefit of doubts first to give me a solution after receiving my email before my approval is accept by you. I wish to enclose to you some of the test report i got from the speedtest.com and pingtest as they are the more accurate test report for gauging the speed from the overseas server. No doubt that your TMNET speedometer has a good response time but these did not makes a client satisfy for just upgrading without seeing much difference from a jump to 1MB to 4MB package fee.
